പുത്തുമലയിൽ പുനരധിവാസ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ അതിവേഗം പൂർത്തിയാക്കുമെന്ന് ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടം.

പുത്തുമലയിൽ പുനരധിവാസ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ അതിവേഗം പൂർത്തിയാക്കും.  സാംഭാവനയായി മാതൃഭൂമിയും  നൗഫൽ അഹ്മദ് എന്ന വ്യക്തിയും മഹാമനസ്കതയോടെ നൽകുന്ന എട്ടര ഏക്കർ സ്ഥലത്ത്‌ ഒരു മോഡൽ വില്ലേജാണ്‌ പുനരധിവാസത്തിനായി തയ്യാറാക്കുക.  മാതൃഭൂമി എഴേക്കർ സ്ഥലമാണ് നൽകുന്നത്. 60 വീടുകളും പൊതുസ്ഥലവും കളിസ്ഥലവും സ്കൂളും ആരോഗ്യ കേന്ദ്രവും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള മികവുറ്റ സൗകര്യങ്ങളാണ്‌ ഒരുക്കുന്നത്‌.  ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റിയൂട്‌ ഓഫ്‌ ആർക്കിടെക്റ്റ്സിന്റെ കോഴിക്കോട്‌ ചാപ്റ്റർ ആണ്‌ മാസ്റ്റർ പ്ലാൻ തയ്യാറാക്കിയത്‌.  ലഭ്യമായ ഭൂമിയുടെ ഏറ്റവും കാര്യക്ഷമമായ ഉപയോഗം ഉറപ്പ്‌ വരുത്തുന്ന രീതിയിലാണ്‌ പദ്ധതി തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്‌. 

ബഹു എം.പി.മാരായ ശ്രീ എളമരം കരീം, ശ്രീ എം.പി. വീരേന്ദ്രകുമാർ എന്നിവർ ഇവിടെ ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ പൊതു സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഏർപ്പെടുത്താനുള്ള ഫണ്ട് എം.പി. ഫണ്ടിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭ്യമാക്കും. കാലിക്കറ്റ് കെയർ ഫൗണ്ടേഷൻ 56 വീടുകളുടെ നിർമാണം സൗജന്യമായി നടത്തും. ദുരന്താനന്തര പുനരധിവാസത്തിനായി ഏതൊരിടത്തും മാതൃകയാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ പുത്തുമല പുനരധിവാസ പദ്ധതി നമ്മൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കും. 

Rehabilitation of victims of Puthumala landslide will be completed in a prompt and well executed manner. The Master Plan has been prepared by the Calicut Chapter of Indian Institute of Architects. The Model Village for rehabilitation will be built at the 8.5 acres of land which will be donated by M/s Mathrubhumi Ltd and others. M/s Mathrubhumi will donate 7 acres of land for this purpose. 60 independent houses along with common space and other community facilities will be built here. Honourable Members of Parliament Shri Elamaram Karim and Shri MP Veerendrakumar have magnanimously consented to provide funding from MPLADS for development of all common facilities here. 

This will be a model and comprehensive rehabilitation project, which is capable of replication at other locations also. We can work together to finish the project in a timebound manner for the benefit of our sisters and brothers in Puthumala.
